Susan has loved serving clients in the Westfield area for over thirty years. Beginning her journey at MINT ( Morris Institute of Natural Therapeutics) in 1986, Ms. Witzel earned her certificate in Swedish Massage and Anatomy and Physiology. In 1987 Susan continued her studies learning Shiatsu and TCM under Robbee Fian, LAC, director of the Shiatsu division of the Swedish Institute at that time and co-author of acupuncture textbook, Acupuncture Reference Guide: Zang-Fu Diagnosis and Treatment. Ms Witzel began her practice kneading the muscles of tired athletes at Ricochet Racquet club in South Plainfield before concentrating on her business locally, including splitting her time between personal clients and those at Rejuvenations Spa in Mountainside. For the following 20 years Susan dedicated herself to her private clientele. Most recently she has completed a 512 hour course at the Therapeutic Massage and Training Center in Westfield where she embarked on a more Western course of study learning medical massage.
